As a Human Givens practitioner, I have a practical and effective approach to emotional health and clear thinking that has wide-ranging applications. I draw on the latest insights from neuroscience and psychological research, and combine this knowledge with proven therapeutic techniques from a wide range of approaches to provide highly effective interventions.

The Human Givens methodology Is a brief, solution-focused approach which helps people feel better and move on in their lives as quickly as possible.

The way I work is either face to face or online. Initial contact is a brief 15-minute phone call, the first meeting will take approximately 90 minutes, with subsequent meetings being between 50 and 60 minutes.

Fifty to sixty minute sessions are £85

We all lead busy lives and sometimes unforeseen events can take over. I ask that you give a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

A cancellation with less than 24 hour  notice will incur a full session fee.

I am a graduate member of the Human Givens Institute which is accredited by the Professional Standards Association (PSA). I have passed part 1 and part 2 of the three parts needed to achieve a diploma.  I have enhanced DBS status,  a clinical supervisor, and I am fully insured.

There is homework. This is to help you move forward and is part of the therapy. The aim is for you to begin to feel better as quickly as possible.
